We prayerfully long for kids to grow up to know and trust in Jesus for themselves for their whole lives. All the kids' work runs to support parents in discipling their children.
Every Sunday Service we provide fun filled activity sessions. The kids join us for the first part of the service, and there's a slot especially for them, and then go out to their groups. We have around 50 people who serve on our kids teams to help them grow to become more like Jesus.
Age groups:
Babies (0-2 yrs)
Tots (Pre-school)
Mini Kids (Reception/KS1)
Kids (KS2)
YConnect (KS3)
If you'd like your baby to stay with you throughout the service, there's seating and a speaker in the hallway so you can still listen, but without the concern of noise.
All kids need to be registered for their group before they attend
You can fill a registration form in on the day. You'll find them with the Welcome Team at the 'New Here Start Here' area in the main hall.
yConnect
yConnect meet-ups take place every Friday evening at 7:30 PM at the church centre (12-14 Gildart Street, L3 8ET) and are for 11-18-year-olds.
A typical yConnect evening is full of fun and games, with an interactive section for thinking about faith and Christianity as they look at the bible. Friends are always welcome and once a month there's a 'main event' - a Friday night event focused on engaging and inviting friends to come along.
3 Sunday mornings of the month there is a yConnect group during the Sunday morning service for school years 7-9. The other Sunday, yConnect join the rest of the church for the morning service.
Weekend Away
Some time in February, we head off to spend a weekend together, deepening friendships, studying the Bible and having a lot of fun!
We would love for everyone to be reminded of how awesome God is, grow in faith and a desire to trust and follow Jesus everyday….and have a lot of fun without too much chaos!!
Hope Cumbria
Hope Cumbria is a 7-day residential ‘camp’ for 11-18 year-olds. There are a whole variety of activities that kids (and leaders!) can do throughout the week, but also morning dorm bible studies and evening meetings with bible teaching and worship.
We encourage all our youth to go each summer if they would like to.

If you would like to come along, keep an eye on the calendar on the Homepage for anything that’[s happening. Feel free to email Sarah for more information.
One of the best things to do, is join our whatsapp group to
