Time Together Weekend
We love our church family and everything God is doing among us. God calls us to know each other deeply enough to speak the truth in love, but we so often feel like we lack the time to build that kind of understanding.
The Celebration Weekend this year is to give us time together, to connect, to relax, and to consider whether the things that we spend our lives doing are the things we really love and know God loves.
What to expect
Friday- 6:30 - 8:30 pm at 12-14 Gildart Street, L3 8ET
Join us at 6:30 pm for food and fellowship, and we’ll have a time of worship from 7:30 pm.
Saturday- 10:00 am to 7:00 pm at Hope Church Hoylake
We’ll meet at Hope Church Hoylake and have a time of worship, teaching, food, games and hearing from each other.
Sunday- 10:30 am at Christian Fellowship School
We’ll celebrate baptisms at CFS and have lunch together, hopefully in the sun!

How do I get there (Saturday)?
Public transport: Getting the train is the best option, the church is located a stone's throw away from Hoylake station!
Driving/parking: If you’re driving in, you can park at the Carr Lane carpark, it’s free and is only 2 min walk from the church.

Will there be kids groups?
Friday: No kids work.
Saturday: Yes! The first morning session will be an all age event, with the second having dedicated kids work for Children up to age 14.
Activities in the afternoon will be suitable for all ages, and the evening session will also have dedicated kids' work.
Sunday: Sunday morning will operate as usual with kids' work.
Is lunch provided on Saturday?
The price of your ticket includes a hot evening meal, not lunch. You will need to bring a picnic or buy food on the day. If you’re bringing a picnic, why not consider bringing extra to share?
There are many places to purchase lunch from in the local area, including coffee shops, a Sainsbury's and a Co-Op on Market Street.
What should I bring?
Please bring a Bible (or your phone), a pen and a notebook to make notes if you wish.
You can also bring items that you might need throughout the day, for example:
- Suncream, sunglasses (God willing!)
- Towels for the beach
- Balls/ball games
- Drinks/water bottles, snacks for throughout the day (biscuits will be provided)
- Lunch if you’re not planning on buying it locally

The price of your ticket for Saturday includes a day of teaching, worship and fun with a pastry on arrival, drinks and biscuits throughout the day and a hot dinner!
There is no pre-booking for Friday and Sunday, just show up!
