Just Looking

At Christ Church Liverpool we are keen for people to discover for themselves the claims that the Bible makes about the world, people and Jesus Christ. We think that people should be free to ask all of the big questions that they have.

You can check out a brief outline of what Christians believe on our Who is Jesus? page. We try to make our Sunday meetings and Connect Groups as clear and welcoming as possible, so you are always welcome along any time.

We also run two short courses particularly to give people the chance to hear and think about the claims of Christianity, Christianity Explored and The World We All Want. They have a relaxed feel where you can speak as much or as little as you’d like, and we’ll even provide dinner for you! One of these courses is always running, so why not check out our  Calendar page to see when the next one starts and come along.

Christianity Explored

Christianity Explored

Christianity Explored gives people time and space to think about the big questions of life and to explore the life of the person at the heart of the Christian faith, Jesus Christ.

Over seven weeks, guests journey through the Gospel of Mark exploring the identity, mission and call of Jesus – who he is, why he came and what it means to follow him. There is plenty of time to ask questions and discuss the claims of Jesus and their implications for our lives.

We provide a home cooked meal each week, a relaxed atmosphere to listen, chat & engage with life’s big questions.

The World We All Want

We all dream of a better world – a world of security, plenty and friendship. Christians believe that God promises just such a new world. And the Bible is the story of what God has done and what he will do to keep that promise.

The world we all want is a seven week course introducing the whole Bible story, to show how wonderful God’s story is, and how we can have a part in it.
